I immediately felt a strong trust in their expertise and sensitivity to materials. They’re incredibly dedicated and wonderful people – it felt almost like stepping into a small family of wallpaper nerds, which was exactly what my project needed. I was also warmly recommended by craftspeople here in Stockholm, at Handtryckta Tapeter, to contact Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik. All this made the choice very easy.

I print with Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik because they understand my language – a language of nuances and nerve, not color codes; emotion. When I say, ‘a dirtier liver-paste shade,’ color master Thomas replies, ‘How dirty?’ That’s where the magic happens.

We’re incredibly proud to have our wallpapers printed at Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik. Small-scale Swedish production focused on craftsmanship and people has been a cornerstone of our business from the start. Working closely with these skilled craftspeople and wonderful individuals, who share our passion for pattern and wallpaper, is a privilege. Every time we visit the factory, we leave filled with joy and energy that lasts for days.

The fashion house Acne Studios collaborated with “the striped artist” Jacob Dahlgren. Ulricehamns Tapetfabrik contributed with two boldly striped wallpapers in striking colors.

Josef Frank’s iconic wallpapers were created to be printed on a surface printing machine like ours. We are immensely proud to supply Svenskt Tenn – and the world through them – with liberatingly bold pattern magic.

The monochrome surface seems restless, the patterned one soothing, for the viewer is involuntarily affected by the slow, calm method of creation.

Contemporary wallpaper art = future classics. There are many good reasons to keep an eye on what the design duo and friends Daniel Långelid and Emma von Brömssen are creating.

Artist Meriç Algün explored the complex role of the stepmother in the exhibition The Patient is Crying. The recurring symbol became the pansy – interpreted, among other things, as wallpaper.

When tasked with designing a themed golf hotel in the archipelago, the interior architects at Oddbirds decided to create a unique wallpaper for the purpose – much to our delight.
